The men, all from New York City, including Rashwan Malik, 21, and Hamed Jay Myrthil Pierre, 22, both of Brooklyn, and Keone Germain, 23, of New York City, were arrested on Saturday, Dec. 14, after police stopped a vehicle wanted in connection with shoplifting, Greenwich Police said.
During the stop, officers found the vehicle's registration was expired, and the driver, Malik, did not have a driver's license.
Police said during an investigation, they located "proceeds from the shoplifting," as well as marijuana.
Malik was charged with conspiracy to commit larceny, illegal possession, driving without a license and operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Pierre and Germain were each charged with larceny and possession of a controlled substance.
They were each held on a $1,000 bond.
